Lent is Almost Over....

Back at the beginning of Lent, I had challenged everyone to take these forty days and make at least one change to improve your health. Well, we are in the home stretch! Did you make one change, drinking more water instead of soda, adding in more exercise, standing more instead of sitting. eating more veggies and fruit, adding in healthy fat and taking out the bad fat? What ever yours was, were you able to accomplish this task? I sure hope so. I also hope that you are feeling better and reaping the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.

If not, do not worry. I have some exciting things coming down the pipe beginning in April. Be sure to come and check back often to take the journey with others on the road to a a healthier lifestyle.
