One of my favorite "seasonings" when I am cooking is lemon. As often as I can, it is added to my meals and water. Not only do I love the taste, the bright citrus, tangy flavor, but the health benefits of this humble little fruit, is amazing.

- Rub the peel or oil on the bottom of your feet.
- Add to cleaning products.
- Add to teas, green is one of the best to add lemon too, the combination is powerful.
- Add to personal care items, shampoo, face masks.
